Previous Work
Simon has worked in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector since 2007. Prior to this, he was employed in a variety of frontline roles across Children's Services in Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
Since 2021, Simon has been an Honorary Visiting Fellow with the International Policing and Public Protection Research Institute (IPPPRI) at Anglia Ruskin University.
From 2022 to 2024, Simon was the Independent Chair of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough's Out of Court Disposal Panel.
